I arrived at Halfords Bournemouth late one Friday evening having broken down on the outskirts of Bournemouth. I had a flat battery that would not recharge. The staff at Halfords could not have been more helpful. My battery was quickly replaced by Ellie and I was on my way. My weekend in Bournemouth had been rescued....

Superb service from Adrian when buying a bike. Very helpful and shared lots of tips and knowledge. Really made an effort and put in lots of time to make sure i could.ride away with the bike i wanted.

All the staff are really friendly and competent.Jon,who performed the checks on my MX5 was super friendly and very professional.He is especially knowledgeable on all things audio.A 5* experience,will definitely be going back.
