Unbelievable? had an appointment today for a new tyre at 3pm to be told they couldn?t do it as were too busy with other jobs?
I purposely booked the appointment to fit in my busy schedule and so I had to request a refund and go elsewhere?
The guy on reception had an attitude problem which didn?t help the situation and was just looking for an argument.

Max at Halfords has a name that suits his approach to customer service. In summary, Max provides a maximalist service. He stopped what he was doing to sort out my chain as a two month post sales gesture of goodwill.

Not one to normally post reviews! Came in tonight for some headlights, the 2 gents couldn?t have been happier to help me out. I messed up my item and had to go back for something else, again, smooth, effortless and the guys were on top form.

Was greeted and taken to the workshop to fix my bike immediately by Max, who was very attentive and friendly. Bike thoroughly checked in excellent time. Great service.

I went today to buy oil for my car. The make you used to supply is now no longer sold. The assistant took his time to find out which one it was and then found it for me amongst the voluminous selection.i also wanted hub caps and he went out of his way to find the right size and get them fitted.
Service was 100 per cent.
