“On a last minute dash to find a pair of running shoes before school term. The staff member Dave was most helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly. He spent the time explaining the whys in a way my kid could understand. I would recommend visiting this store and finding Dave or Kelly if you are not sure. Much better in knowledge compared to the other high street sports shops. I would use them next time.”

“This shop offers quite a big choice of footware. Today I found there an item I've spotted on their website some time ago.A helpful staff member brought from the stock-room the one I requested in my size. Quick & good service - that's what I like....Not like in their branch in Boscombe's shopping centre where I went to on the same day.First of all: there was no staff on the shop-floor, so I had to ask for help by the till. But even then the employee wasn't very helpful at all. He didn't check for me if the item is in stock here nor if they have it in other branches. Basically I had to search for it by myself.Will I shop there again? Nope. A place to avoid.”

“I walked in on crutches and spoke to man on the door and asked for some help. He then radioed someone upstairs to get me a fleece that I would like that I described that I wanted so someone brought down 2 coats and I tried one on and then I asked if I could have help with payment so the man on the door radioed someone else and Beth kindly helped me with that then she came and got my card for payment then it didn’t go through so Beth kindly came out to the car and asked my mum for the PIN number and my mum told her she then ran back in put the payment through and then Beth ran back out with the receipt after and payment card too. Thank you very much for your help”
