Shop claims to be open 10am - 4pm on a Sunday currently waiting 40 minutes now and still shop is closed with no information about what is going on.

We went to Cex in Bournemouth to buy a Wii console. After coming back home and setting it up it ended up not working. We then went to Cex in Boscombe to see if they could help us.
