With regards to ‘waiting’ I think this is completely normal as you’re never going to go through a contract in 2 seconds. Even if you don’t want a new contract, if those who are in front of you do, then yes - you will be waiting. Customer service was spot on and all questions were answered there and then. All staff were friendly and I was approached immediately and offered assistance. Would recommend this store to others.”

“Came to buy an iPhone SE 2022 that I had seen online. It was near the store closing time so I felt a bit bad going in right at the end of the day, but the guy I dealt with was so helpful he turned on the phone and checked the battery health for me which was 100% so I brought the phone there and then unfortunately I can’t remember his name but he really went the extra mile!
