we got half a refund and left, sadly this was our fourth visit as it was always my favourite and comfort place to go. Very disappointed and doubt we will be back again.

Check in was a bit hectic seemed like they had everyone waiting. And maybe not enough team to cope .Rooms very tired mould and dust around the windows. Shower curtain dated and faulty .Carpets very worn could defiantly do with a refurbishment.Booked for two nights only stayed one wanted leave. Pity stayed in many Marriott’s... read full comment
