“We were lucky enough to stay here thanks to a family member working for Hilton Group . Whilst we stayed in Bournemouth for a funeral. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. From booking in . Paul and his team , were so very attentive and dealt with a problem with the safe immediately and moved us to another room. Replaced a voucher and were always so friendly. The room was amazing, clean and had a comfortable bed and huge shower . The food at breakfast was outstanding so many options and so well cooked . If we can stay here again it would be our first choice. The car park is next to hotel but it does get full and is 13 pound a night .”

“Great stay limited parking which did cost 8 pound or so. Room and hotel was well kept. Found the bed for me was a little hard but other than that I’d happily stay ”

“We had an afternoon tea experience here and absolutely loved it! The food and service were very good. Nothing was to much trouble. The scones were home made and warmed in the oven, so much better than cold shop bought ones. Beautifully decorated, easy to park. Our only regret is we didn't stay at this hotel, we were at a different one which was no where near as nice.”

“We have just got back from a 3 night stay here for our wedding weekend. It was absolutely perfect. The room was amazing and the hotel staff could not have done any more for us. The spa area is great, very relaxing. We will definitely be back. Thank you!”

“Basic, no frills hotel. A place to lay your head for the night. Clean, comfortable, safe. What more do you want? A night's sleep? Insist on a room at the front of the house because the back has a busy main road running right outside. Not the hotel's fault, just be aware if that's important to you”

“Great location, very good room, was impressed to see plugs had USB ports so no need for plugs.Also has a car park but you need to pay and first come first served.Breakfast was standard travelodge buffet.Rooms: Comfortable, good size bathroom and USB ports to charge mobile.Walkability: With in minutes you will be walking beside the sea, also perfect location for the BIC.Food & drinks: Breakfast was buffet, we didn't have evening meal but they do offer this.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my visit, other than when I went down to the bar they literally had no drink that I wanted, like a cocktail or whiskey and coke or appletizer, in the end I told the staff to tell me what they actually have in ”

“Such a lovely place. Welcomed with a lovely warm welcome. Room lovely added chocolate fountain.. Really relaxed.. Gorgeous breakfast with a great range of choices Lovely comfortable beds with fleather bedding.. Slept amazing. Recommended for a relaxing place to visit just love the free chocolate all around lovely idea Warming honestly bar was perfect ... Can't wait to visit again soon xx”

“We have stayed at this venue quite a few times our recent stay being this weekend 5th to 7th September. Although this was only a short stay this time we always try to stay here as our daughter lives with her partner in Bournemouth we live in Chesterfield. We can not praise Thomas and his staff enough. “Great experience from the moment we arrived until we left. First class service and a real genuine friendly attitude. The outdoor pool is private and beautiful weather permitting and open until 8pm unlike others that close at 6pm . Highly recommended for a lovely break. Thanks to the whole team.”
