Very poor service, could not get through on the phone but could hear the person cut me off 3 times I will shop elsewhere

This review applies to today in the Torquay branch. The till staff member was polite and friendly . Upon our exit the manager followed myself and my husband to a nearby shop and stood in the doorway shouting abuse at me (in front of other somewhat bemused patrons),as he believed I had been rude to him. Sports direct Torquay: should employ staff who have good customer service and a personality! I think I would rather pay more and go to a sports shop where they give you good service. This is after a visit to their store today!
