Mixed experiences involving staff. I have been using the post office side recently and the two staff members have quite different levels of customer service. The gentleman that works there, perhaps the branch manager is friendly, helpful, chatty and nice to interact with. The other small woman with greying hair was abhorrent.... read full comment

Lovely shop, well stocked, but, my elderly father went to the till with a newspaper and was ignored for a while. When I said "alright dad", the assistant took the papers, scanned them and then looked away. Didn't tell him how much, no please and no thank you. He paid by card and we left.
