“Always have the best customer service here. I came to drop a parcel off but the machine printer was showing as out of order. On the walk back to my car the team came and found me to let me know it was potentially fixed and to give it a try. Sure enough, all working perfectly and I was able to ship. Thank you so much, I really appreciated you going that extra mile.”

“Nice little convenience store, quite compact but rarely busy, presumably because of its location (tucked away in a lane just off Trevithick Road). Very friendly and helpful service.”

“I came to this shop to drop parcels off i had my 5 month old puppy with me. I was a bit worried leaving him on his own outside but they had amaxing cctv in shop so i could keep an eye on the puppy. “A large service station located opposite plymouth argyle. They are open 24 hrs a day and have a large forecourt offering flowers, newspapers, wood and coal. The shop itself is quite big and you will find essential household items here as well as quick snacks and a hot drink from one of their vending machines. They also offer magazines as well as the newspapers. There is a cashpoint on the forecourt should you need it too. The shop is usually closed late at night and you have to use the hatch to pay and get your items. Embarrasing if you need something personal! The staff are pretty much ok, nicer during the day i find but who wants to work all night at a busy service station?”

“Left work in a hurry this morning without my bottle of water and as I was in the area I decided I'd pop in after driving past the advertising board on Eggbuckland Hill.Absolutely brilliant shop - seems to have a fantastic range of things! Went in for a bottle of water but came away with 2 milkshakes and a packet of crisps! The drinks were actually chilled. A pet peeve of mine is grabbing a drink from the fridge only to find it's room temperature!Friendly staff. This is exactly how I remember local shops years ago. Sadly they seem to being taken over by people who aren't invested in the community they serve! Will definitely be returning. Cash is ?”

“I just wanted to prise the staff at this coop, me and my daughter didn’t know how may people was in the shop so we waited anyway till the customer at the till had left, then minutes after 3 women each with prams and two men just walked in and didn’t stick to the rules or the system in place, the 3 women took up a lane to which no one could stick to the system put in place anyway. It is putting the staff at risk, me and my daughter had our masks on but still felt overwhelmed at the customers been so thoughtless, the staff are always amazing and helpful when we go in. Lets support them and protect them by sticking to the rules put in place. Just think about them having to be there everyday. Well done coop staff keep been amazing. I really don’t know how you all keep your cool somedays but well done guys.”

“Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and patient. Went out of their way to be helpful and kind . When I was here a couple of months ago I went to pay using my phone without realising it was about to run out of battery. Staff and security put my shopping into a fridge out back and my phone on to charge in the office so that I could pay since I didn't have my physical card on me. I don't particularly have negative or positive feelings about Tesco in general but I wish those staff nothing but the best.”

“Really friendly staff, well stocked shelves, good variety of produce, well run local shop. I send my kids here to buy sweets, or to get gas and electric as i trust the people who run the shop. Wheelchair accessible and staff are always happy to help with questions or wants, not only to do with the shop but also other local businesses. There is a hermes delivery service from here that prints your labels and the staff are only too happy to help if there is a problem here as well. I have only good things to say about this shop and I always leave with a smile on my face.”

“Occasionally you'll catch a day where there isn't much choice of stock and they're waiting for a delivery, but generally the shelves are packed with everything one would expect from a corner shop.Prices are decent and not too dissimilar from the Co-op down the road, to be fair. The staff are polite and friendly, who will engage in a little conversation from time-to-time as well.Same goes for the other shop, to be fair. I like them both for different reasons.”

“Stock here is great, a lovely choice of beer, wine, sweets, chocolate, drinks, crisps, vegetables and fruits. The staff are very polite and kind and there is a free car park outside with a local play park a minute walk away, a beauty salon next door, a pub a second walk away and a newsagents' opposite.”
