Agree with James and Elena about asking for a receipt. I picked up around £7 worth of stuff and the young lad that was new there asked for £12. I clocked onto this and asked for a receipt. Customers spoke to in a horrible manner dirty shelves and over charged on items must allways ask for a receipt will not be shopping there ever again
