Oh and by the way if you’re looking for a good service from post office staff, don’t go to plymstock branch, it’s a terrible experience and you don’t t deserve such shoddy service.”

“I recently visited the Crownhill Post Office and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with its service and efficiency. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming atmosphere.The post office was well-organized and well-staffed. There were multiple counters open, each with a dedicated staff member ready to assist customers. This helped to reduce waiting time and made the whole process much smoother.The staff at the Crownhill Post Office were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the process of sending my package. They also provided me with different options and pricing for shipping, which I greatly appreciated.What really stood out to me was the attention to detail. PO web site says indefinitely closed, hours on glass say 0900-1730 except 0900-1300 Sat & closed Sun, Maps updated by business a few weeks ago says updated by business to close Thursday & be open 0900-1730 Sat. Was closed at 1725 Sat, seems it closed at 13:00. Aside from the hours this is a good place with friendly & helpful service.”
