Absolutely Amazing customer service from Shane in the Sutton Road store! He went above and beyond for us, extremely friendly and helpful. He went out his way to sort us a floor sander even on a busy Saturday morning and then he spent time with us ensuring we knew how to use it and had everything we needed. Friendly and honest staff. All very helpful. Huge selection of stock. Location is handy being in the centre of Plymouth and easy to get to. Near other similar merchants which is also a plus. Shame the buildings interior is a little dilapidated. Also handy having a food and drink van outside the entrance.
