“Absolutely Amazing customer service from Shane in the Sutton Road store! He went above and beyond for us, extremely friendly and helpful. He went out his way to sort us a floor sander even on a busy Saturday morning and then he spent time with us ensuring we knew how to use it and had everything we needed. Even gave us a call to check how we were getting on. Nothing was too much of a hassle and was more than happy to help us. We have not experienced customer service like it in a long time, anywhere! Shane definitely deserves a recognition- great member of staff at Jewsons. Thankyou so much!!”
“We found the place by accident and I'm so glad we did. The staff are amazing and very helpful. I'd spent ages searching for some anthracite grey trim for my cladding project and Eurocell not only were the only place that had it, they also had it in stock at the branch.Having dropped in on the off chance, it was ordered and delivered inside an hour. You simply can't beat that.Also, as a DIY'er it can be obvious when staff don't want to help our give advice, I didn't get that here. They were all very helpful.”
