Great to have the free coffee and doughnuts on a Wednesday at the trade counter.

“Always great service and friendly knowledgeable staff. Orders always correct when ordering online for click and collect, no issues when having to return unused or faulty items when required.
Items always plentiful and when they are not available they will always be next day delivery so never an issue with anything.
This really is a 4.5 rating, it would be 5 star but the coffee machine vanished during covid and never returned.
Maybe we will see it again some day.”

“Absolutely Amazing customer service from Shane in the Sutton Road store! He went above and beyond for us, extremely friendly and helpful. He went out his way to sort us a floor sander even on a busy Saturday morning and then he spent time with us ensuring we knew how to use it and had everything we needed. Even gave us a call to check how we were getting on. Nothing was too much of a hassle and was more than happy to help us. We have not experienced customer service like it in a long time, anywhere!
