Great place for breakfast or lunch on the fifth floor

I am on the lookout for a classic outfit for a wedding. Such a disappointing ladies fashion department. Chaotic, misleading banner boards on departments. Low stock levels, low variety of brands offering more formal/ocassion wear. I honestly thought this would be my go to store for quality and choice. Hugely disappointed.
