“I was in here this morning with my little girl. I was at the checkout and my little girl made it clear she needed the toilet (she’s 2.5 so when she needs to go she needs to go) the lady on the self service double checked with her colleagues if it was okay to let her go to the staff toilet. This worker was so kind and a credit to the store. I know it’s a one off but I really appreciate this as a parent to a young girl! Thank you so much again, it really meant a lot ?”
