“Went into our Plymouth store today with my daughter to be fitted for bras.
What an amazing experience it was.
All the staff were very friendly and chatty.
The lady who helped us was called Sandra.
Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was back and forth getting new items for us. We were in there a long time yet the service was amazing.
I love the quality of their underwear which is why I wanted to go back here.
Will definitely be shopping here again , highly recommend”

“my 14 year old daughter had her belly button pierced today in Torquay by Nesli? I think that was her name. She was amazing!! so friendly and polite, really put me and my daughter at ease. Consent form and aftercare information were very thorough. The guy serving in the shop (piercer's son) was also amazing. very clean piercing room, good hygiene practices. Would highly recommend!! We'll be back for sure ❤️”

“We visited Fitness for Sport when my trainers were just not doing the job. Mike listened to my foot issues and brought out a pair of Brooks based upon what I'd said. As a result, I've hardly been out of them and the previous issues have gone. I cannot remember ever trying on just one pair and not needing to try another... until now. “We was served by Megan, who was extremely helpful and give more than required assistance to my wife. She made both of us extremely relaxed and gave expert advise.We were then passed personally to Ella who was again extremely polite and kind.I would recommend Fat Face Plymouth soaly on Megan and the Ella on the till.”

“The staff at the Superdry Store in Plymouth are really lovely. I always have a really good experience when I go in - they are friendly and always helpful and take time to talk to you. I buy a lot of Superdry clothing because of the quality and feel, I shop online quite a lot, but return items in store. I have some health difficulties and have a sensory issue to noise which can make it difficult with background music. So I tend to shop when it is quieter in the shopping mall. When I returned an item yesterday the young lady who served me remembered who I was and turned the music down for me whilst she served me.... I was blown away by this, and so very grateful. She deserves a medal. It is not often that you come across a staff member who will remember and take this kind of initiative, without being asked, she is an asset to the store. I have no idea of her name but she was working on Wednesday 7th at about 5pm on the ground floor. Staff like this young lady are valuable to a store as they are promoting inclusivity which at the moment is very precious as there is a lot of exclusivity from large chains, due to the restrictions in place. The store is welcoming and friendly so thank you for being a big chain who are inclusive in this way! xxx”

“Great service at the store in Plymouth today. I like the quality of the clothing they provide. I wish they did more men's clothing in store as the selection is a little limited. I bought a couple of shirts thanks to the enthusiasm of the sales assistants willingness to find the stye and size that I wanted. Great shopping experience. Well done Plymouth.”

“As someone who’s petrified of bra fittings and has no confidence, today Amy fitted me and suggested all varieties of goods for my figure. She was so attentive and so understanding and I’ve never gotten over such a long standing fear so quickly. I travelled 3 hours to Plymouth and she made it worth the drive with her customer service alone. She is an absolute asset to the store. Il be visiting every time I come to Plymouth. It’s very rare I’ve come across service like Amy’s. Ellisa served me at the till and was also very attentive. She covered every product to compliment my purchases and I’ve left such a happy woman, with 10 times the confidence I entered the store with today.”

“Very helpful staff, I needed a copy of a receipt from over 6 months ago, and the manager Harry found it for me a printed off a copy. I then also bought a larger item and Harry carried it out to my car and popped it in the boot for me. Nothing seemed too much trouble.”

“Very good value for money I have bought t shirts and tracksuit bottoms from them in the past and have lasted me for years , I like vey much the women's department for other items but they are high fashion and the quality against their mail brand isn't so good, the staff in Plymouth are helpful and accommodating. The bra fitting I had outshone marks and Spencers! What did let them down was you coul only shop up to a size 28in some lines. There was no choice but to go on line.This is HUGELY disappointingNot only are women of size penalised in general by high street outlets . Thankfully this has very slowly changed over many years. We are now penalised the the one high street chain that is ment to cater for the plus size customer.Who now have to go on line ,order PAY for deliver and hope the cut style and fit accommodates.It's like you are being taxed for being large. People of plus sizes shouldn't have to do this.”
