“Have been a banking with Nationwide for many years now, and I have always had a positive experience using this branch. The staff are always helpful, polite, and friendly. Whether opening an account, helping with large payments, or contacting their fraud department the process is always smooth and efficient. Now after receiving £100 via their fairer share scheme for simply having a current account with them, I could not recommend them enough. This is not to mention that their mobile app is extremely easy to use compared to other banks.”

“Mark at the Plymouth branch has been absolutely brilliant assisting us with our transfer for our house purchase. I went in a couple of weeks ago as (being a first time buyer) I had lots of queries and worries regarding the process. He was incredibly patient and reassuring, answering all of my questions and giving me lots of other information which was a huge help. We went in today to complete the transfer and were lucky enough to have him assist us again. He was very helpful and informative throughout. At one point there was a slight delay (not his or TSB’s fault) and he was, again, very reassuring and engaging. He really is a credit to TSB!”

“I've seen the reviews on here I've been a customer with the plymouth branch for six years and have only had issues with id not having one staff are really friendly to me and do not question my title as I had it legally changed being Transgender only issue I have had on the phone is when it's someone new and they get a little confused when it's a females voice coming down the phone but when I explain why they are very supportive and the in branch staff are friendly and helpful hope this review actually helps people”
