“Beautiful little medieval style pub, tucked away in the countryside. We went there for lunch after visiting Canonteign Falls as it's only 5 mins away. Food was delicious, staff were really friendly and the place itself felt really inviting. Will definitely be back.”

“Lovely location, good service, plenty of seating in the garden, dog friendly. Stopped in for lunch and a few drinks. Food was pretty good, hot baguettes were very nice and good value for money. The Rugglestone platter was nice but there wasn't enough bread and there was only one pickled onion which felt abit stingy. Overall pretty good”

“Only ate a full day breakfast there. Was amazing!! There was quite a long wait (40mins) understandable as it was a Saturday morning. No tea or coffee, but the lady behind the bar gave us soft drinks and didn't charge us for them.Food & drinks: Great full breakfast... and more importantly... it was hot!! Not warm! Was lovely.”
