Called to collect an order I had placed online for click and collect. Whilst it wasn’t ready for me they quickly put the order together so I did not have to wait to long. Overall was a good experience.

Simon was their five stars today. He thought nothing of getting my elderly mum some water. He kept communication with other staff members, without looking flustered, was on paint mix, then on tills, then on floor duties in a fairly busy store. Make sure he gets some recognition
