“I bought a Nordlux Time Table lamp from Comet, the item was dispatched after a week after ordering and arrived in perfect condition.I can see that other customers had various complaints, but i would respond here by saying that Comet are a retailer who relies on a supplier who relies on the importer and so on. Just because your item doesnt arrived immediately is not Comet's fault. They, like other retailers, do not keep vast quantities of product on their premises, so delays can happen.”

“All the staff are well kept with customer service standards. The shop displays are most presentable at the best of times . It does not smell like like a charity shop at all and have some of the best little finds. I personally have the the best best group of customers in this store than I have ever had the pleasure to serve elsewhere .”

“Having moved a number of times we have used several kitchen companies and Barnes are head and shoulders above others offering a similar product. From start to finish their service is as good as it gets. I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for but with Barnes you get that and just a little bit more. The showroom and design team are knowledgable and professional. They listen, they advise and they are completely unphased by a customer who keeps tweaking the design. Sorry! There are very few companies still manufacturing bespoke kitchens in the UK and I was determined to buy British. Barnes have clearly got a long-standing loyal team who take huge pride in what they do and their attention to detail is second to none. Last but not least, the fitters get to put the end result together and its not often you meet two young men who genuinely love what they do as well as doing a brilliant job.
