“Went there recently to buy a kitchen knife. Ended up buying £140 pounds worth of bedding, artwork, cushions and ornaments! Also ate in the cafe. All good stuff. But the £100 parking fine received by post this morning was unwelcome - be aware of the 2 hour parking time limit. I totally forgot about it during my spending spree!”

Both ladies very helpful indeed. ????”
“We called in to B&Q to look at kitchens and paint during our visit. we met Richard, who only works on Wednesday mornings in the paint department. Richard was so helpful with advice and product knowledge he guided us in the correct direction with friendly advice, which we took on board, and we will be returning to B&Q to complete our purchases

Retail Park“Bought a dish washer and washing machine in the sale. A big thank you to John for his expertise and wonderful sense of humour. He was brilliant and so knowledgeable. We had originally only come in for a dishwasher, but while we were there I said to John that we were also looking for a bigger washing machine. And that we had just gotten married so had some wedding money to spend. He congratulated us and listened to exactly what we were looking for, which included our budget and even to the point where mother wanted both to be the same colour to match the rest of the appliances in the kitchen. 10/10 service!”

“Bought a dashcam and had several issues with it from the moment I left. I think this was a product defect and maybe a lack of training provided to all staff, as calls were made to sort out certain issues regarding the problem. That being said, the persistence and friendliness of the team, mainly Mike, was paramount to my 3 visits being less stressful than it could have been. The problem was fixed in the end, and I'm happy with my dashcam.”
