“Always had excellent service in Newton Abbot premises. Recently purchased a new miter saw. Got it home, unpacked it but had a problem. The pull out bevel lock was locked in tight and couldn't shift it. Not wanting to use grips or pliers incase I damaged the it, I returned it asap. Before getting a refund, I asked a young guy if he could shift it. Well, just needed a bit more muscle. With a good hard tug, out it came. No need for refund! Yeh, good service and a very happy customer. 5*”

“Artic delivery: the yard has plenty of room to turn, but the approach roads are narrow and there is very little parking spaces. Do not arrive before 07:30hrs, as you will most likely block the road.\\nStaff are pleasant and reasonably quick unloading.”
“Relatively open access for wheelchair users, level everywhere with mild shallow slopes in the garden centre and entrance. There is a lift to the mezzanine floor however the light inside doesn't work so it's quite dark”
