“Great park, very clean. Stayed in a 2 bed lodge (45) with view of the lake and hot tub. Lodge was well equipped and everything felt new. Good location with walks around local area straight from the park. Also went to Killerton which was perfect for dogs too. Didn’t use the Dabbling Duck but it looked very nice! 2 minor points for improvement (hence 4 stars). The lodge could do with a heated towel rail or something similar as towels/robes were damp and difficult to dry. The sofas look nice but are not very comfortable.”

“I stayed at the hotel for a business trip. It’s a lovely old place, lots of character & a great location.The staff were all very friendly & the service great.We ate in the restaurant in the evening & had breakfast & the food was superb at both meals.Would definitely recommend this hotel.Food & drinks: The food was excellent & I would definitely eat here even if not staying”

“The Pig collection is one of the most imaginative hotel/restaurant chains you could wish for. Sumptuous facilities in incredible surroundings. The property purchasers have a magic touch with each location being unique and stunning. Food is locally sourced and sustainable, cooked to perfection. Service is friendly and relaxed without a hint of elitism. This is premium/luxury but not astronomical. My choices were a piggy bite of pork crackling with apple sauce, Potted ‘Charlotte Amelia’ Mackerel, shoulder of veal with glazed carrot, sides of thrice cooked chips, honeyed parsnips and Combe Greens & Lemon Verbena. Pumpkin pie with malted ice cream for dessert.”

“Good stay in Honiton Premier Inn, room is as you would expect, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, very helpful Chef couldn't do enough for us especially as my wife is gluten free.”
