We booked this place through Airbnb and the day before checking in, Craig - the host - emailed to say he could not longer host us as he double booked. We asked him to contact us and he did not have the decency to do this nor to give us a refund, meaning hours on the phone with airbnb to finally get out money back.Judging... read full comment
