Awful service, rude staff, manager that couldn't care less. Walked out without buying anything.

This morning we went upto try on some trainers. Riley served us and he was incredible. He went out of his way to help us find the trainers we were looking for and was a polite well presented member of your team. You made our shopping experience a positive one, thank you.

I went to this store to buy a bike for my son, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. The staff seemed uninterested and unwilling to help—I had to chase after them just to get any attention, but they completely ignored me.
