“After having a few POI issues with my M4, and trying everything I could think of to rectify it I decided that it had to go back to Sportsman. I’ve been a bit apprehensive about taking it back because I’d read lots of posts saying that there gun was gone for weeks and weeks. While in Devon on a break I thought it would be a good idea to drop it into the Exeter branch as they have trained FX tech’s there. I dropped it off lunch time Tuesday and they said it could take approximately four weeks depending on what was wrong and how long the parts would take to come, so walked out sad to be without the gun for weeks. Wednesday while walking along the beach my phone went, and it was the tech from Sportsman saying that my gun was ready to collect. The service I’ve received from sportsman in Exeter has been amazing and can’t recommend them enough. Thanks for the great service.”

“Went into the Exeter store today to find some shoes for my mums funeral instead I came away with 2 lovely shirts in the sale for summer and a little something for my 5 month old nephew. Would like to mention the lovely Ally.. greeted with a smile as I asked her to put an item by the till point saves me taking into the changing room, as I came out to pay for my items I was greeted with another smile. Very polite and super friendly. Its been along time since I've had been served with great customer service. She's a great asset to the store.”

“On arrival we required some information on some boots that were displayed, my partner tried to get the attention of a woman who worked there, she very obviously blanked him and continued with her chat to another customer. I felt this was completely out of order, she may have been busy but what’s wrong with a bit of customer service and just saying “I will be with you as soon as I can” or “I will get a colleague to help you”. I found her rude and detrimental to the store.However Liam was the guy who served/advised us, he was friendly, engaging and helpful, the polar opposite to his colleague and it’s because of him we would return to the store and carry on buying items from Snow and Rock. Well done Liam.”

She was so professional and really inspired me regarding new styling tips. She was attentive, and I will defiantly be coming back.The store has the most amazing atmosphere that instantly makes you feel welcome. Everything is organised to perfection.”

“Haven't been able to visit a Primark for a while, so it was nice to go again, but unfortunately it was VERY busy which jaded the experience a little. There was plenty of stock and staff around and the long queues went down pretty quickly. All in all, a good store.”
