“The two members of staff who helped me purchase a rucksack today were absolutely excellent and went above and beyond to assist me. I’m currently on crutches due to a broken ankle hence cannot carry my handbag . The male assistant kindly removed all the labels and packaging after purchase whilst the lady took the time to adjust the shoulder straps so it fitted well.
