We had a very pleasant experience with Tom and Zami. They were very helpful with checking the size and getting us with the best option as per our need. Didn't rush even though it was a last minute purchase.

Went in to buy new running trainers (you can never have enough trainers!) I wasn't waiting long before someone came over. Staff were friendly and helpful. Previously been here for a gait anaylsis which was also really useful and helped me understand which trainers are right for me.
