“Had a wonderful experience with their assigned mortgage advisor. Do not remember his name, but he was very patient with us and explained the whole procedure and answered all our questions in detail. We are first-time buyers and made us very comfortable in our initial chat. Could not proceed with the mortgage because of their limitations on offering mortgages to people with certain immigration statuses. Woukd definitely recommend them.”

“I went into Exeter co operative bank. yesterday to pay done money from account to my credit card at another bank. . I think it was Emily that served me. As I did not have the right card details, there was a bit of confusion.
She rang me back after closing to explain it had gone to the right bank and to give me details of how to make sure it was in my account.
It was a bit worrying,as a lot of money. However when I rang up my credit card company the money had gone straight in.
I have worked in interest free myself and she did not have to ring me up after closing but she did.
