Thank you for taking the time to ring 2 fraud lines and to be nice and relaxed for us at a very stressful time. We were waiting for 1 hour to be seen and another hour for it to be sorted, THANK YOU AGAIN ❤️
I would like to thank “MATT” on the customer support desk for his help in printing 12 months of bank statements for my accounts. Although Lloyds have a policy of not printing a large volume in branch to save resources, Matt initially explained that this was not possible and had them sent to me via the post however these didn’t include the information I required so I revisited the branch a couple of days later. An important deadline meant that they couldn’t be resent via the postal system. Matt was given extra guidance from a colleague to advise that in certain situations, it is possible to support customers with their printing requirements. His colleague searched through company guidelines and showed him at which point Matt was more comfortable to assist.
At the end of helping, Matt asked if there was anything further I required, I asked for his name and he was a little reluctant to give it. I reassured and advised that I would like to leave a good review and he thanked me.
So this is a BIG THANK YOU to “Matt” for his support today ?”
