“We were greeted by a young lady called Claire. I wanted to pay cash into my bank account through the services machine. Having not done this before, claire came to my aid and talked me through the whole procedure, professionally and cheerfully. Thank you to claire who was a delightful young lady and we left the bank in a happy mood.”

“I find the staff at this branch excellent. The only issue I find a problem at the moment is concerning the atm (cashpoint) machines outside. I know the bank can't do anything about the position of the machines, being less than 2 metres apart, but I think one of the machines should be put out of action. I was at the machine yesterday, Friday, stood next to me at the other atm was a man with his mask literally hanging off his face and coughing without even putting his hand to his mouth!!! I couldn't get away from there quick enough. Please Santander, do something about this.”
