Third or fourth visit to this store today as needed to return an item that was faulty I bought beginning of Dec. All sorted without any hassle and as per every other visit to the Derby store, really friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Nothing too much trouble for them. Went in today looking for a coat and the two sales assistants were SO helpful! They helped me to find what suited me and found lots of options for me to try. Lots of suggestions and ideas. They were really patient and friendly. Made the experience so pleasant. Thank you so much! Love my new coat ?
