For a young sales assistant, Priya went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed to make an independent choice. She was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and provided invaluable advice throughout the process. Thanks to her expertise, I was able to confidently choose the right fabric for the armchairs. Priya also offered additional information about sofas for my own home, which was very helpful. She is truly a credit to the Next Home department. Highly recommend her assistance!”

All sorted without any hassle and as per every other visit to the Derby store, really friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Nothing too much trouble for them. “Excellent customer service reps in this shoe shop in the Derbion. They were attentive, unbeat and went the extra distance with recommendations and advice on aftercare.
While I was being serviced by Skye, I could see the other staff similarly helping customers efficiently and cheerfully.

“I have been in M&S Derby quite a few times over the past few weeks and must say the person that had helped me sob much is Alice. Such a lovely member of staff who is caring, patient and helpful.

“Staff are pleasant when available to serve. But this store is understaffed. Also click and collect service is not the best. On one occasion my order was given to the wrong person because the staff member did not check the name on the parcel before giving it to the customer. However, NEXT did rectify this by re-ordering the item. Thankfully I was not in a rush for this item, otherwise I may not have been so calm.\\nThere is a reasonable selection of clothing. The one thing I do like about the store is that it is reasonably quiet and you can have a good browse round without having to make your way through a crowd of people.”

“M&S within the hospital has everything needed for anyone visiting, for inbound patients that want something different to the hospital food, and for staff working within the hospital to be able to grab essential items on their way home. Not overly priced, in fact cheaper than other hospital based shop's. Everything I bought from the store was to be expected from M&S top quality, staff were really helpful and friendly with amazing product knowledge.”

No disrespect to Next if I had a job that required decent work attire I would go there more often. Service good. Only a small queue and it was a Saturday. No complaints”
