“in general a lovely shop and coffee break stop , however recently the lift is out of order , this has been on more than one occasion , fully appreciate its an old mill building and faults happen .Made a visit today 5th April sadly we had to return home via M& S as my sister can't mobilise only a few steps . We experienced other people walking away too . .would it be possible to notify potential customers on your Facebook page if the lift is working or not .. .sadly a wasted journey and a good amount spent in M& S .”
