Wanted to order a sweater. Telephoned their shop x2. Telephone was ended unanswered. Went to their customer chat box. To even contact someone I had to fill in umpteen questions. In truth I haven't the time. It would be easier to resolve the war in Ukraine than getting any help here
Brilliant service, I ordered an Olymp shirt from Potters, I needed to ask a few specific questions before ordering as the shirt was for my daughter’s wedding.
