“Lovely staff at the Buxton store, really helpful and great with measuring the kids feet. No pressure to buy new shoes as the shoes they have already still fit but it's great peace of mind to be able to have them checked every so often and we will be back here to buy new shoes when their feet have grown. Only criticism would be that the door was wide open on a very cold day which seems an odd policy. Hopefully this can change going forwards.”

“I was visiting Buxton from South Wales and purchased a pair of Reiker shoes. After arriving home I found that after only 3 days wear both shoes had split. I phoned Bells who asked me to post them back so that they could show the manufacturer. They phoned me the same day they received the shoes back and immediately refunded the cost of the shies and the postage. Excellent service.”

Kirsten the manager, very organised, both members of staff provided a great service. Unfortunately today, limited stock available in my size of shoe but that is not to worry as I still didn’t leave empty handed. Will be returning, highly recommend.”
