I came here because I am visiting the area and I broke my glasses, and they were able to switch my lenses into an identical frame that I had - for free, even though I'm not a customer. Not only that, but they adjusted them and bent the arms so that they fit my head and no longer fall off - I have been wearing glasses literally my entire life and never had the arms adjusted like this. They also tightened my boyfriend's glasses. The young man who helped us was clearly very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful. I'm a bit sad I don't live around here so they can't be my regular optician - if I ever need help with my glasses again while I'm in England, I'll certainly go to one of their sister stores. Really incredible service!!! Thank you so much for fixing my glasses!!!”
