“Booked in online which was easy enough. Delay in being seen but I appreciate patient time can run over. Tests were fine though I wasn’t told what my pressure reading was at the time so asked when I returned to collect my glasses and still wasn’t told (I asked but forgot to remind them before I left).I had new lenses as my frames were fine. All appears to be good with them though they are varifocals so still getting used to them.”

Luckily my eye was ok, and after following their advice and using the treatment they advised my eyesight was back to normal after a few days and the pain subsided shortly after. “Very reluctant to use Boots Opticians after a bad experience at their Meadowhall branch in 2015 but have to say the staff at Boots Opticians Sheffield High St were AMAZING!!\\nFrom the actual eye test to the appointment for collection of my glasses, they were brilliant\\nFriendly, polite... nothing was too much trouble\\nTurned up for the appointments (husband had appointment as well) and no sooner had I sat down when my name was called. The eye tests were quick but very thorough ( I had retinal scan, normal standard eye scan .. and a couple of tests I won’t even attempt to name never mind try to spell ) , everything was explained clearly in a way I could understand and when it came to choosing my frames, an honest opinion was given\\nThe staff here could certainly give their partners in the Meadowhall store some lessons in good Customer Service I’d like to give a particular mention to a lady called (I think ...) CHRISTINE\\nA lovely, very personable lady who puts you at ease almost immediately\\nUpdate: Today I had to nip in to the opticians to have the arm of my glasses adjusted as it was cutting into my ear and making it sore. Attended last time, 4years ago, but, fortunately my details were still available on the database with eyesight tests results then, so, the Optician knew my results from before, and guided me through the new tests, with the previous knowledge, giving me confidence. Good customer care, new tests explained, new lenses and glasses chosen, the same day, collected 7 days later, very professional approach.”

“I received great service today from Vision Express. I had a cobweb style floater develop in my eye and called them for an urgent appointment. Thankfully I was seen within 30 minutes. I've never had an eye test so thorough before. I felt my eyes had been thoroughly checked out. Thanks all ?”

“Having suffered with dry eyes for a number of years, I sought the expertise of D&C and had a fantastic first experience. Firstly, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Simon, the optician, was professional, incredibly thorough, extremely knowledgeable and performed a dry eye treatment, that I can tell already, has been very beneficial.My only regret is that I didn't discover them years ago.”

“Apart from the store being busy and maybe needing some more chairs in the waiting areas, everything was perfect! It's very rare these days you go into a shop and all the staff are friendly and happy and look like they're enjoying what they do.
