Was in a mad rush to make it before closing time & made it with a few minutes to spare but no one come to the counter till bang on 4:00 and refused to serve as they wanted to go home

Staff are very polite and helpful, I went in to price match a battery from another UK store but was told this doesn't ever happen and they had to go out back and ring someone to confirm.Their website has an entire page on price promise and price matching. We are West Cumbria Search and Rescue and phoned today to ask if they would donate a battery for one of our Search vehicles and with out hesitation said yes and popped along and there it was amazing of them to help out a charity ? ?
