“I've been restoring a 1973 BMW R75/5 and its been difficult to source the correct paint. Chris at the paint shop has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help. He's also sorted out the correct red for my 1978 MG. An extremely pleasant man. Highly reccomended by me.”
“Staff are very polite and helpful, I went in to price match a battery from another UK store but was told this doesn't ever happen and they had to go out back and ring someone to confirm.Their website has an entire page on price promise and price matching. Ultimately, the price of the part was not matched, but the staff we're very friendly and polite and did take a good discount off the battery for me.My recommendation might be to review your staff training regarding online policies offered so they're not caught out again and can be more efficient with the sale, but they handled it very politely regardless.”
