“Took my 19 plate Merc in for bodywork repair to the rear wheel arch. Dented over the crease and scratched badly. got a real friendly welcome (Dan) and instant quote. (40% cheaper than another local body shop!!) got my MOT thrown in too!! the repair was unnoticeable I was really pleased! washed polished and hoovered as well. “Staff are very polite and helpful, I went in to price match a battery from another UK store but was told this doesn't ever happen and they had to go out back and ring someone to confirm.Their website has an entire page on price promise and price matching. Ultimately, the price of the part was not matched, but the staff we're very friendly and polite and did take a good discount off the battery for me.My recommendation might be to review your staff training regarding online policies offered so they're not caught out again and can be more efficient with the sale, but they handled it very politely regardless.”
