“Having broken down while on a caravaning holiday we called the nearest local garage. They were very understanding of our need for the car to be fixed promptly so that we could vacate our caravan pitch. The mechanic arrived to the site but the repair was not straight forward. Having to order another part ment it could not be fixed on the day although he did say if it arrived before he finished work he would come and fit it once he had finished so that we could be on our way. This did not go in our favour but the mechanic came again the next day as soon as he was able bearing in mind we weren’t booked in any the garage is busy with regular customers and planned jobs. Unfortunately the decision was made it could not be fixed at the caravan park, so would need to go into the garage. The garage collected it, ordered another part and fit it in between other jobs and kept us uptodate with progress( we were now past our date to leave). The returned the car to us on the caravan site they also offered us a hire car while they were carrying out the repairs.I can’t recommend this garage enough , they were friendly, efficient, empathetic to our circumstances and just couldn’t go enough to help, trying all sorts to get us on our way.
