I went in for some socks……… fully kitted out for global trekking an hour later (willingly) the service was superb and friendly. Zac and his team (Laura?) mainly Laura, was a stealth shopping assistant!! Went back in today for some gloves and to tell them the gear has worked brilliantly in the Lakes!
