Returned a pair of boots which did not fit via royal mail only to have an empty box circled return to sender sent back to me!

Terrible customer service, trying to gain access to a gift voucher and being met with a very 'computer says no' response.

I contacted CHO re a faulty pair of Hunter boots which had developed a split having had poor customer service through Hunter directly. CHO were excellent , no problem acknowledging fault and sent me a new pair of boots . Five star customer service. Thankyou
