“Went in here for a razor for my stuble. I managed to bag a Phillips oneblade for about £30 which is a fair deal for the how effortless you can shave your face with it, wonderful products. The only thing that struck me was the lack of males orientated product available was limited, I would recommend they expand their male products to allow for a good overall experience for both sexes”

“I visited the Carlisle store today to rejuvenate my wardrobe, this brand is my go to for some quality utility wear and today I needed to replace a number of items after losing a chunk of weight.
Debbie helped me out with some jeans , she did a great job in advising me, two pairs of jeans later I also found two shirts and two T-shirts so all in all job done.
The atmosphere is always great in this store, friendly professional service with a wide range of goods.
The big deal for me is always service and with Debbie they always deliver on that front, as far as I’m concerned J&J have an absolute diamond in this lady, a rare breed who should be looked after by the business she represents.

“Pricey but then you do get quality with the costumes. Fireworks prices are high here. I know prices have gone up but I'd go elsewhere for fireworks. One or two pieces are priced right but 2.50 just for sparklers and 35 for war hawks. Nearly £20 for the frog fountains where range sell them for £12”

“I love new look you can get nice clothes, shoes, holiday wear, underwear, jewellery, bags, belts, hats, dresses and just lots of different items. There's always a sale rack too with various good items. Changing rooms are great and bright. Staff always seem friendly. Theres also kids wear upstairs and plus size clothing. There's a huge lift if you have a pram or wheelchair.”
