I contacted CHO re a faulty pair of Hunter boots which had developed a split having had poor customer service through Hunter directly. CHO were excellent , no problem acknowledging fault and sent me a new pair of boots . Five star customer service. Thankyou

Not sure why this place has any negative reviews. I order most of my clothing from CHO. It always turns up on time and you can get some top quality clothing at great prices. Returns are also dealt with really quickly. Thanks to the CHO team!

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. ROYAL MAIL LATE TO DELIVER PARCEL, ORDERED SUNDAY. DELIVERY IS 2-3 WORKING DAYS SO SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED BY WEDNESDAY. RM SENT TO WRONG DEPOT, THEN LIED CLAIMING RETURN TO SENDER ON THURSDAY, ONLY TO TRY AND DELIVER ON FRIDAY (WHEN I WAS ON HOLIDAY) PARCEL NO LONGER REQUIRED SO MY NEIGHBOUR REFUSED IT. THEN CHARGED £3.99 TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY. CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN MORE SHOCKING. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

There was a factory issue with the Timberlands I ordered. I contacted Cho Fashion the same day they arrived and the customer support I received was just excellent. I returned the shoes, and they sent out a replacement the day they arrived back to them. I was that annoying person who emailed them a million times and their customer service was just impeccable. Really appreciate the keeping me updated and the replacement pair were absolutely perfect. Thank you Customer Support Team!

No customer care at all. Ordered a Barbour jacket which they sent by Royal Mail. The delivery photo shows the parcel dumped in full view outside my front door. When I returned home the parcel was no longer there. Despite trying to chase this up with CHO they refuse to do anything about it saying it was delivered. I have now been left out of pocket for an item I never received. Will never use this company again. As far as I am aware my contract is with them as the supplier and they need to claim from Royal Mail but they just say Royal Mail say it was delivered with no evidence of an investigation. I have now followed this up and escalated the claim through Royal Mail who acknowledged they did not deliver the package securely but have advised only the sender can make the compensation claim. I have been back to CHO with the email from Royal Mail but they refuse to do anything about it. Makes me wonder if they do actually make a claim but don?t pass on the refund to me. Will never use this company again
