The reason for my low review is as follows kept awake due to a party in the hotel had very little sleep on a Sunday night! Also there was mould in our room near the window on the wall the majority of our stay was pleasant but the last night caused us problems and only offered 10% off our final bill not good enough!!!

The ladies who organised our stay were lovely and efficient. Staff were all accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. Building and location impressive.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Alverton Hotel. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating. It was the perfect pre-New Year get away. Bed and pillows could be more comfy but that’s just me nitpicking. Really close to town…walkable distance into Truro town Center. Quiet and quaint!
