Existing rooms in need of a huge over haul. Rusty bath and sink plug homes. Moldy shower curtains and mouldy net curtains over windows. It does have air-conditioning which is the only plus point. Hotel itself is dated and needs refurbishment. The beds were fantastic! Seemed to be limited on staff so staff members had to multitask which naturally delayed or impacted the customer experience.

Outstanding in all respects. The staff (Georgina and Kelly) were lovely, welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful. The room immaculate and spacious. Premier Inn is the Inn of choice. Thank you!
